A law school graduate from the Law School of Tanzania, Ghati assists the firm's lawyers in litigation planning and trial undertakings, legal research, and drafting. She is also in charge of the legal officers and administrative and supporting staff.

David is a dedicated legal practitioner with a sharp focus on property law and employment relations. He brings hands-on experience in advising clients through the full cycle of real estate and land acquisition transactions in Tanzania, from due diligence and title verification to completion of transfers. His command of Labour Laws allows him to guide both employers and employees through workplace disputes, contract preparation, and regulatory compliance, ensuring that client interests are well-protected. In civil litigation matters, David is a composed and thorough advocate who approaches each case with analytical rigour and a client-centred strategy.
